　　On 26th of August, with the arrival of the new academic year 2024-2025, our school officially opened the curtain of the school season. At this energetic moment, we held a series of colourful orientation activities. 　　8月26日下午，我校在報(bào)告廳隆重召開新學(xué)期全體教職工大會(huì)。法耀教育、法拉古特聯(lián)合創(chuàng)始人楊曉柯，法耀集團(tuán)高級(jí)副總裁周熹，副總裁高乃思，法拉古特學(xué)校執(zhí)行校長高越，行政副校長周蔚以及全體教職工齊聚一堂，共同謀劃新學(xué)期的奮斗藍(lán)圖。大會(huì)強(qiáng)調(diào)要堅(jiān)守教育初心，擁抱科技賦能，提升專業(yè)素養(yǎng)，強(qiáng)化育人使命，展現(xiàn)師者風(fēng)范。大家齊心協(xié)力，為學(xué)校新十年的發(fā)展傾注智慧與力量，攜手創(chuàng)造更加燦爛輝煌的未來。

　　On the afternoon of 26th of August, our school held a grand meeting for all the staff of the new semester in the lecture hall. Chuck Yang, co-founder of Fayao Education and Farragut, Edd Zhou, senior vice president of Fayao Group, Naisi Gao, vice president of Fayao Group, Hero Gao, executive headmaster of Farragut School, Vivi Zhou, vice president of administration, and all the staff gathered to plan the blueprint for the new semester. The General Assembly stressed the need to adhere to the original heart of education, embrace technology empowerment, enhance professionalism, strengthen the mission of educating people, and show the teacher's demeanour. We all work together to pour wisdom and strength into the development of the school in the new decade, and work together to create a brighter and more brilliant future.

新生報(bào)到及培訓(xùn)

　　8月27日至28日，天津法拉古特學(xué)校為新生們舉辦開學(xué)報(bào)到及培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)，助力大家迅速全面了解學(xué)校文化、教育理念和學(xué)習(xí)生活。在為期兩天的分享和培訓(xùn)課程中，同學(xué)們通過校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分享、班主任培訓(xùn)、學(xué)術(shù)英語培訓(xùn)、教學(xué)介紹、心理健康團(tuán)輔課、德育培訓(xùn)、在校生發(fā)言、社團(tuán)展演、法耀孵化器成果展示以及校園小記者招募等諸多環(huán)節(jié)，快速融入學(xué)校大家庭，并與老師和同學(xué)們建立友誼，為即將開啟的高中階段學(xué)術(shù)旅程打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

　　From 27th to 28th of August, Tianjin Farragut School hosted an orientation and training programme for new students to help them gain a quick and comprehensive understanding of the school's culture, educational philosophy and academic life. During the two-day sharing and training programme, students were able to quickly integrate into the school family and build friendships with teachers and classmates through the sharing of school leaders, classroom teacher training, academic English training, teaching introduction, mental health group counselling, moral education training, speeches by current students, club performances, Fayao Incubator achievements showcase and campus reporter recruitment, etc., which laid a solid foundation for their upcoming academic journey in high school.

新生拓展活動(dòng)

　　8月29日至30日，天津法拉古特學(xué)校將在楊柳青莊園舉辦一場別開生面的新生團(tuán)隊(duì)拓展訓(xùn)練。此次活動(dòng)為期兩天一夜，以"認(rèn)識(shí)自我，共筑團(tuán)隊(duì)"為核心，通過一系列富有挑戰(zhàn)性的項(xiàng)目，激發(fā)新生們的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和協(xié)作能力。我們期望通過這次訓(xùn)練，新生們能夠在輕松愉悅的氛圍中，學(xué)會(huì)相互信任，增強(qiáng)自信，同時(shí)培養(yǎng)解決問題的創(chuàng)新思維。

　　From 29th to 30th of August, Tianjin Farragut School will hold a unique team development training for new students in Yangliuqing Manor. The activity will last for two days and one night, with the core of ‘Know Yourself, Build a Team’, through a series of challenging projects, to stimulate the new students' team spirit and collaborative ability. We hope that through this training, the new students can learn to trust each other and enhance their self-confidence in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, and at the same time cultivate innovative thinking in problem solving.

新教師培訓(xùn)大會(huì)

　　新學(xué)期伊始，天津法拉古特學(xué)校召開了教師培訓(xùn)大會(huì)。校長高越與周蔚為新入職教師進(jìn)行了深入的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)，涵蓋學(xué)校文化、教學(xué)理念及職業(yè)道德等內(nèi)容。高越校長介紹了學(xué)校的核心價(jià)值觀與教育愿景，強(qiáng)調(diào)教學(xué)質(zhì)量與學(xué)生發(fā)展的重要性。周蔚校長講解了校園文化及學(xué)校歷史，并分享了職業(yè)規(guī)劃和未來發(fā)展方向。校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)新員工表達(dá)了熱烈歡迎和鼓勵(lì)，寄予厚望，期望大家能在天津法拉古特學(xué)校內(nèi)充分施展才華，為學(xué)生發(fā)展和學(xué)校未來貢獻(xiàn)力量。

　　At the beginning of the new school year, Tianjin Farragut School held a teacher training conference. Headmasters Hero Gao and Vivi Zhou provided in-depth professional training for new teachers, covering school culture, teaching philosophy and professional ethics. Headmaster Hero Gao introduced the school's core values and educational vision, emphasising the importance of teaching quality and student development. Headmaster Vivi Zhou explained the campus culture and school history, and shared career planning and future development directions. The school leaders expressed their warm welcome and encouragement to the new staff, with high expectations that they will fully develop their talents on the platform of Tianjin Farragut School and contribute to the development of students and the future of the school.

家長溝通會(huì)

　　8月30日下午，天津法拉古特學(xué)校隆重舉行了新生家長會(huì)。校長明確了學(xué)校發(fā)展目標(biāo)與教育理念，強(qiáng)調(diào)了家校合作的重要性。心理老師提供了專業(yè)的心理健康指導(dǎo)，學(xué)發(fā)中心分享了學(xué)生個(gè)人發(fā)展的信息。學(xué)校還安排了教學(xué)及升學(xué)培訓(xùn)，班主任與家長們進(jìn)行了面對(duì)面交流，共同探討了孩子的學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展計(jì)劃。此次家長會(huì)不僅傳達(dá)了新學(xué)年的教育方針，也為家長們提供了寶貴資源和支持，增強(qiáng)了家校間的緊密聯(lián)系。我們期待與所有家庭攜手合作，為學(xué)生們創(chuàng)造一個(gè)充滿關(guān)愛與支持的成長環(huán)境，助力他們?cè)谛碌膶W(xué)年里取得更大的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展。
